Title: God has lost his hearing aid.

Security does not exist

Nature red in boot and fist

Will overrun the palisades and

Wash us all away

Take your plasma television

Cast it down the stairs

God has lost his hearing aid so swallow your prayers

Forget the deadbolts on your door

Nature red in tooth and claw

Will tear us up for toilet roll and

Flush us down the hole

Take your Subaru injection

Break it up for spares

God has lost his hearing aid so swallow your prayers

Wishful thinking makes it bleed

Nature red in thought and deed

Will chew the wishbones that we save and

Spit them on our graves

Take your Prada duffelcoat

Stretch it till it tears

God has lost his hearing aid so swallow your prayers
