Title: The World that we Live in

Last night in a dream I invented a time-machine

Travelled through space to the future to be

The next I knew it was the year twenty-seventeen

Nothing had prepared me for what I would see.

My eyes opened wide as I looked all around me

My mouth was as dry as the face of the moon

So many changes and sights to astound me

I'd guessed this would happen but never so soon.

The sights that I saw will stay with me forever

The sounds that I heard will keep me awake

One thing I learned is that we're all in this together

The world that we live in is the one that we make

The world that we live in is the one that we make.
