Title:
Odds
Give me five good reasons why I shouldn’t And I’ll give you one good reason why I should Sometimes you just have to go with your gut And ignore the cacophony of ifs and buts Like now for example, my mind’s made up Could be I’m on to a winner, or backing a pup Who’s to tell? There’s a swell of opinion here I might as well go with my own. Don’t groan too loudly. I’ll surely take it as it comes. And as for you, my so called chums; crumbs don’t feed the starving, you know. You stay here and I’ll go SEE what I can do.
