quick note. did this last christmas day while i was sat in my flat on my own with a bottle of vodka and a tesco pizza. and by the looks of things it will be the same again this year.

That day once again

and i'm here on my own

with a bottle of vodka

and no lights on my phone,

not a friend or a love

and still no real hope

I sit and stare at the wall

wondering if I can cope,

I turn off the tree and all the lights

because i'm not feeling very merry

eat a pizza on my own

my only friends are on the telly,

I ask why i'm always alone

on the years happiest day

it cant be the same next year

and for that i pray,

if its the same in 12 months

I wont be here a day longer

because if its anything like this

to get through I need to be stronger!
