I feel like singing the January Blues
It's the grey sky that's bringing me down
I know that really I shouldn't complain
But it's bleak as I wander round town.
I feel like singing the January Blues
And not singing them just for myself
The news is full of disaster and woe
So many people are living in Hell.
I feel like singing the January Blues
But I haven't come up with a tune.
So I'll turn up my i-Pod and trundle along
With the rest of my shuffle of gloom.
