 Title:
						Areal Footprints

 A fretful foot-fall of multi-tempered travellers
steers mind and luggage along the walk-way
 to Terminal Five.
 Environmental footprints, yearnings
 soon levitate in shining canisters
 soaring to distant climes.
 Belted in their sky-high pod,
 awaiting luncheon trays'
 drinks trolleys,
 they sample duty-free delights
 before descending
 into someone-else's world.

 Has our world been damaged
 by their footprints
 abrading air-waves,
 shuddering the sky.

 I wonder.
